Once So Innocent

Kudos and a cookie to whomever can figure out who this is.

Lol, a friend asked me how his hair worked out, so I drew a picture from behind- but it looked like a chibi... or a kid! So I drew the kid version of him, because it's important to his character.

Anyway, his hair works out as thus:
IT HAS LAYERS. The top layer is the longest layer, and therefore he can form an epic ponytail out of it, while the rest of his hair frames his face quite nicely.

I think he's adorable. But that's just me~ Lol!
